Usage Policy

1. Who Can Use

The service is intended for individuals with legal capacity to enter into contracts, using their own account. Sharing an account with unauthorized third parties is not permitted.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Gamtty to convert your own schedules or those of projects under your responsibility (as a consultant, employee, or service provider of a company).

3. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading .xer files obtained without authorization or that violate third-party rights
• Attacking, overloading, or attempting to compromise the service's infrastructure, including automated scraping
• Reverse-engineering the converter
• Reselling access to your account or creating a competing service based on Gamtty
• Uploading malicious files or files that are not valid Primavera P6 .xer files

4. Consequences

Violations of this policy may lead to suspension or cancellation of your account, without a refund under the guarantee mentioned on the Other Policies page, if the violation is the cause of the cancellation.
