Terms of Use

1. Identification
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you and Porty Consultoria e Treinamento Ltda - ME, registered under Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 58.540.700/0001-59 ("Gamtty", "Contractor"), responsible for the Gamtty service that converts Primavera P6 schedules (.XER) into Excel spreadsheets (.XLSX).
2. Purpose
Gamtty grants the customer a non-exclusive license to use the conversion software, available in two plans: Free (free of charge, with limits) and Pro (paid, without the Free plan's limits).
3. Registration and Account
Using the service requires registration and a minimum age of 18. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
4. Plans, Pricing and Payment
The Pro plan has recurring billing, monthly or annual, processed by Stripe. Customers in Brazil are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL); customers in other countries are charged in US dollars (USD), according to the currency shown by Stripe at checkout. 5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Acceptable Use
Use of the service must follow the Usage Policy.
7. Intellectual Property and License Restrictions
Gamtty is the sole owner of the rights to the conversion software. You retain ownership of your own data (the uploaded .XER file) and of the spreadsheets generated from it. It is prohibited to resell or redistribute access to the service, reverse-engineer the converter, or use the account for purposes other than your own, as the account holder.
8. Authorization Statement and Indemnification for Misuse
By uploading a .XER file, you declare, under penalty of law, that you hold the rights and authorization necessary to do so, including with respect to any third-party data that may be contained in the file (personnel, team members, suppliers), and that this upload does not violate contractual confidentiality, intellectual property, personal data protection, or any agreement with third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold Gamtty harmless from any claim, fine, damage, or cost — including attorney's fees — arising from a breach of this statement. 9. Service Does Not Replace Professional Validation
The conversion result depends entirely on the structure, integrity, and quality of the source .XER file. It is your responsibility to review the exported data before using it for technical, financial, contractual, or planning decisions. Gamtty does not guarantee the accuracy of the generated content when the source file is incomplete, corrupted, or outside the Primavera P6 standard.
10. No SLA
Unless specifically contracted in writing, Gamtty does not offer an SLA, a guarantee of continuous availability, or compensation for temporary service unavailability.
11. Free Plan Subject to Change
Limits, features, queues, speed, conversion volume, and availability of the Free plan may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, at Gamtty's discretion, without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
Within the limits permitted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, Gamtty is not liable for inaccuracies arising from the source file or for occasional service unavailability. This limitation does not exclude liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor basic consumer rights.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, for customers in any country. The courts of Gamtty's domicile, in the State of Minas Gerais, are elected as the forum, without prejudice to the Brazilian consumer's right to choose the forum of their own domicile.
14. Changes to These Terms
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated with reasonable prior notice. Prior acceptances remain on record with the version in effect at the time they were given.
